Terri Wojak - Esthetics Director / Educator Terri has been an esthetician for over 13 years. Starting out at Mario Tricoci Salon and Day Spa, she soon moved up to become spa manager and educator for the company. She then went on to help open and run Esthetics Essential Medical Day Spa in Burr Ridge. After working at other well known spas in Chicago, she decided to rejoin the field of medical esthetics at Dr. Dayan's office. Terri decided to turn her enthusiasm about medical esthetics into education. She has now trained over 300 estheticians on the art of medical skin care, as well as managing True Skin Care Center.

Joanie Almaguer Brown - Esthetician Joanie has over fifteen years in the beauty and fashion industries, as model, makeup artist and esthetician. She believes melding a nurturing approach and science are essential to both inner and outer beauty. Joanie began her career as an esthetician at Urbanshe, where she soon built a large clientele. She briefly moved onto Exhale before accepting a coveted position with Dr. Dayan's practice. Joanie considers being on the cutting edge of medical technology within an office of innovative and caring professionals offers the best environment to learn and grow. This is a vital component to further expand her knowledge and repertoire as a skin care therapist, to ultimately better serve her clients.

Kaitlin Walker - Esthetician Kaitlin has been an esthetician for three years and is a graduate of the Pivot Point and the True University Master’s program.  She previously worked in a day spa, but wanted to be on the medical side of the industry. She loves the new atmosphere she finds herself in and being able to work with the latest and greatest in treatments and products. She has been working closely with Dr. Dayan to stay up-to-date on the latest treatments available to her clients as well as his patients. Kaitlin has a passion for chemical peels and camouflage makeup.
